Terms and Conditions

  • Minimum Stay: A minimum stay of two nights is required for all bookings.
  • Check-in and Check-out: Check-in time is 3:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Please ensure adherence to these times to allow for a seamless transition between guests.
  • Smoking and Pets: Blue River Anglers is a non-smoking property, and pets are not permitted.
  • Damage Deposit: A refundable damage deposit of $250 is required upon booking. The deposit will be returned within seven days after check-out, provided no damages are incurred.

Cancellation Guidelines

Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the reservation start date will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made between 14 and 29 days prior to the reservation start date will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 14 days before the reservation start date are non-refundable.
