Blue River Anglers Return Policy
Blue River Anglers` eStore return policy is shown below:
Only those products purchased directly from Blue River Anglers, of current production models and appearing on a current price list, are eligible for return. Unless an incorrect product is shipped, we are unable to refund any shipping charges.
Merchandise ordered in error may be returned, freight prepaid by you, for a full refund of the purchase price or credit towards another purchase, less a 15% restocking fee. Close-out product sales are final and are not eligible for return. All merchandise must be returned unused in original packaging. All returned merchandise will be inspected by Blue River Anglers.
Returns of Blue River Anglers products are not permitted unless a return authorization number is clearly marked on the outside of the package. Packages without a return authorization number will be refused. Return authorization numbers may be obtained by calling 970-668-2583 Monday-Friday 11:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m. (EST), except for holidays.
PAYMENT METHODS
Blue River Anglers accepts Visa, Discover, MasterCard, American Express, and debit cards for Blue River Anglers eStore orders through Authorize.net.
SHIPPING METHODS
The Blue River Anglers eStore accepts orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year. However, our business offices are only open Monday-Friday 11 a.m.- 7 p.m. (EST), excluding the following holidays: New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day (and the day after), Christmas Eve, Christmas Day. If any of these holidays falls on a Saturday, we will take the Friday before off. If a holiday falls on a Sunday, we will take the Monday after off.
If you place an order on a Saturday, it will not be processed until the following Blue River Anglers business day. By choosing 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air, you understand that any orders placed after 10 a.m. (EST) will not be processed until the following business day.
All U.S. domestic orders will be shipped ground, unless otherwise specified. Ground orders can be expected to arrive in 3-5 business days after you receive your email confirmation of your order in process. Free promotional items given through the eStore may be shipped separately from your order.

Blue River Anglers is committed to providing efficient, accurate order fulfillment. An email confirmation of your order will come shortly after you place it. Once your order has been received and is in process, another email will be sent with your package tracking information. Credit Card Liability
Unauthorized credit card charges and other credit card disputes about "billing errors" are governed by the Fair Credit Billing Act. This federal law limits your responsibility for unauthorized charges to $50. However, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with the reporting rules and procedures listed in your account agreement and in the manner required by the Fair Credit Billing Act.
